About me

Hi! My name is Alicia Ballesteros Sánchez and I am a 3D modeler specialising in characters, with a solid foundation in concept art.
I was born in Granada, Spain, where I studied art at secondary school and later deepened my knowledge of anatomy through studies in thanatopraxy, make-up and cadaver reconstruction.
Years later, after settling in Germany, I completed a diploma in Concept Art and 3D character modelling for video games.
My work focuses on creating semi-realistic figures with a high level of detail, paying close attention to anatomy, textures and expressions to convey life and personality.
I am proficient in tools such as ZBrush, 3ds Max (UVs), Maya (manual retopology), Marvelous Designer, Marmoset Toolbag, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
I have collaborated on independent projects and in creative environments where a passion for digital art drives every design. As a woman diagnosed with autism in adulthood, my ability to pay attention to details that often go unnoticed is one of my greatest strengths, along with a vivid imagination.
Although my style tends to lean towards the horror genre, I am open to exploring other types of characters and learning new areas of the industry, such as the asset and object modelling pipeline. In fact, I have worked as a 2D illustrator on educational video games aimed at young children.
My goal is to continue growing as a 3D artist and take my first professional steps in the industry. I firmly believe in the importance of teamwork, so I am interested in being part of companies with a collaborative and enriching dynamic.
If you would like to collaborate with me, I would be delighted to hear from you. I can communicate in Spanish (native), English (B1 certified) and German (B2 certified).
